Who we are
1CM.BIO is operated by Kaspars Eniņš, sole trader, reg. no. 09108411225. Contact: 1cm@enins.media. Postal address available on request.
What we collect
Account email, username and the content you add (bio, links, pages, images). Payment requests store your payment email, plan, amount and reference; we never receive card or bank details — payments happen on Revolut. Contact forms on bio pages store the name, email and message a visitor sends to that page owner.
Analytics
We count page views and clicks per button with a coarse device type and referring domain. We do not store IP addresses and do not set tracking cookies.
Why
To run your account and public pages, verify payments manually, send account and payment emails, and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We use our hosting and email providers as processors. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and object to processing. Email 1cm@enins.media. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
